Title: podcast music question
Post by: Multibeast12 on February 06, 2013, 04:56:32 PM
Hey guys. So I'm thinking on making a phish podcast like the dead ones that are out there. I am wondering what the rights and stuff are. Am I allowed to make a phish one?

If you do some poking around, you'll see there are podcasts out there that are either a) dedicated to Phish solely, or b) rely heavily on their catalogue in a broader discussion of the so called "jam band" scene. I haven't listened to them as the descriptions highlight shows and song versions which paugers are aware of whilst still in diapers.

This is not to discourage you to start one, but rather, there is activity already out there, and a quick e-mail to KShap would be a step in the right direction.

Also, in that e-mail, would you ask him to include the Reba from 8/14/96 in his next FTA?

K.
Thx.
Bai.
