A great resource for this stuff (aside from the cd sleeves) is Phish.com. Look up the release, click on the lyrics link and the composer(s) are listed.

we've generally been adding in the link to the guitar/bass tabs for all the songs, if available.  check out http://wikipaug.net/index.php/Harry_Hood as an example.  virtually everything, even a lot of covers, are on emilstabs.org
