gave up. oh well. will  be looking forward to closing out the weekend under the shell. i don't hage SPAC lawn as much as others such as Darien Lake or Mansfield.

You don't like Mansfield?
I didn't think it was that bad the few times i went.. head that SPAC is the worst by far because of the hanging balcony

Is SPAC really worse than MPP?

I think the only way for me to break my merriweather curse is to get in the pav (only been stubbed in ONCE and it was for 2 songs). If you don't know what my merriweather curse is, you've never been to a show there with me.
Just two whiskies, officer.

I'm not sure if I followed this thread correctly, but what guys are saying is that Dave Thomas sold crack in inner-city DC in the mid-80's, right?

MPP lawn WAY better than SPAC lawn,
Riverbend was also a very shitty lawn even though I had really good pavs for that show, walking through the lawn before I was saying to myself how much it would suck to stand up here.
Every  :phish: MPP show I have been stubbed down for at least one set during the show. Had pavs for MPP2 though in 2010  :rawk: that was one fun night  :smoke:

lol at people who though portsmouth was gonna be a hard ticket, just bough a pair to both nights becuase I was at work when they went on sale.

For '09 and '10, it sold out within minutes.  Not unreasonable to think that.

^this, and it's the smallest venue on the tour by a few thousand. 6k? Did you really just buy tickets on ticketmaster? Almost 4 hrs later? That's insane.

The fact that you bought tickets so late only confirms that people are not going out of there way to see Phish like they used to anymore.  If anything, I expected them to sell out 7/3 and 7/4, and that be about it.  Demand is down, and the quality of product just isn't worth the hassle for many people.

Yeah just bought a pair to each night.  I have an extra ticket to night two as well.
For some reason, I dont remember tickets for 2010 being hard to find at all though. And 2011 I feel like those were a breeze to get as well. These being two weekday shows make them a easier too.
