This is a little project I am working on.  There are apps that you can use for smart phones so you can stream what is on the site.  I am hosting the files, but if you set up your own it will basically stream anything, flac, shn, wav, mp3...it does it all.  You can point it back to whatever drive you want on your system, or every drive on your system, so technically you can have your entire archive available for stream from anywhere.

Obviously if a ton of people are on at the same time, bandwidth may be limited.

If I can ever double back up my collection, as the dedicated drives would have to run 24/7, I will put mine up.

I am actually converting to mp3 and have those to stream.  I can do my raid arrays, but the hidden files and folders on the drives show up, and I don't know how to not have them there.

see, I won't go anywhere near mp3. In fact, I refuse to convert music to mp3. It's a philosophical thing.  :hereitisyousentimentalbastard
