I am actually converting to mp3 and have those to stream.  I can do my raid arrays, but the hidden files and folders on the drives show up, and I don't know how to not have them there.

see, I won't go anywhere near mp3. In fact, I refuse to convert music to mp3. It's a philosophical thing.  :hereitisyousentimentalbastard

Regardless of if you convert or not, it does not stream lossless.  The conversion to mp3 is done on the fly even if the folders you are sharing are the good stuff.
