New Trey (and Mike?) songs
« on: February 13, 2010, 01:20:09 am »
Here's the new songs that Trey has played on his tour so far. I put Mike in parentheses with a question mark because we don't know yet if he'll play new songs on his short tour.

(Sorry, but you are not allowed to access the gallery)

Show of Life - 02/08  (New Trey/Dude of Life song)

Liquid Time - 02/08

Words To Wanda - 02/09

I like the jazzy horns version of Birdwatcher w/ back-up singers.

OK, after listening to a couple of these tunes, Trey sounds like he is having some fun up there.  I am going to have to peruse these shows to find one to dl and really check it out.

yeah Show of Life is real nice
That's some counterproductive 'pauging right there.

edit:  Because you actually need to read it all to understand.  Turn your attention span up past 3.49 seconds and you'll be fine.

one of the best new songs i've seen/heard come from trey in a while.
it's deep & has meaning.
i could also see it being the 2010 summer anthem.
It's a great day on the interweb, people.

You guys know the rule... If you weren't there, it wasn't anything special...

Damn, I forgot about that tune.  I need to go back and give TBLPBD a relisten.  It's been way too long.

Not a new song but I thought everyone would enjoy hearing the acoustic 'Stealing Time'.

Mike Gordon - 03/09 - Be Good
(Sorry, but you are not allowed to access the gallery)

This one is actually a new Tom Cleary song so I doubt it'll ever see the light of CK5 at a Phish show.
