My introduction to Primus was a friend wearing a "Primus Sucks" hat in like 1991. I asked about it and he handed me a tape with Frizzle Fry on side A and Seas of Cheese on side B. I was like, "oh. so they suck but you love them?" 

4 months later he was in a band that did Primus covers - yeah, he was a bass nerd and could actually play that shit. It was impressive. 
I've been coming to where I am from the get go
Find that I can groove with the beat when I let go
So put your worries on hold
Get up and groove with the rhythm in your soul
