Bump - the ipad just got a lot cooler... Check out Onlive Desktop! Your ipad is now a Windows 7 desktop. I ponied up the $5 per month to do it right. Full browser streams flash, can do google IM now, everything as if I was at a windows system, plus it's faster than hell. Videos stream faster using this than even the youtube app. brilliant!

As a technology, looks pretty cool. I still don't have much use or love for Windows, though. And I predict that, soon enough, Flash will be all but gone from the web. All those iPad users are hard to ignore.

to me it's much more than just flash that this solves. The virtual machine you are connected to has a gigabit internet connection for both upload and download. It's insanely fast... and all it feeds to your ipad is video and sound.

Would it be cool if it was feeding you OSX instead of Windows 7? Of course. But that probably ain't gonna happen any time soon. At least it's feeding you a full OS with real Office applications and everything.

if the big upgrade is just the retina display, I'm not impressed. I have no complaints with the ipad2 display. I would imagine they are also adding siri... and again, no biggie to me.

i'm gonna say better battery and LTE on top of everything else.  not that I want LTE and a 12 minute battery...  very happy with WiFi + 3G
