I generally agree.  Though I'm a big fan of the Great Plains and the mountain West, some parts of the country (like that around Joshua Tree) just aren't my type of scenery.  And I love road trips!

ditto, we're setup to be driving through Utah at sunrise both times....can't wait for the drive. Last time I got to drive to phish shows was 04 and the drive east across the plains wasn't that great, this will be much more phun  :banana:
