yeah it's great as a one-off but I think R&R (and Drowned) have much stronger staying power.

As far as Rock and Roll and Drowned are concerned, they were cool when they were considered a once or twice a year occurence.  Now they are played more frequently than some quality Phish tunes (ahem, Glide!)

This is just wrong.
