To my ears, 2009 was all downhill after 10/31.  Miami is the icing on an underwhelming cake.

Miami was way more than icing... and I wasn't even there.

It truly was a culmination of the whole years work and what they wanted to achieve. The jams were consistently superior compared to any 4 night run with exception to RR. I can only hope they continue with the same vigor they showed in Miami  8-)

I'm pretty sure there was far more creative thinking going on at the Gorge than in Miami.

Going back and listening to this run again. Trey's playing is definitely picking up speed and confidence, which is a good sign for 2010. Check out the #Line jam as an example.
