Lodging is not that bad, we found a bunch of condos still available from 2-6 bedrooms.....We got a 5 bedroom giant house for $650/night.....we've got 10 people, so it's onl;y $65/night per person which is great for a brand new macking house with hot tub....It's in Mountain Village, so we have to take a ganjala (hope that's not a jam after the show), but the places left in t-ride proper were bank....see you fools there!

I think I am going to try to fly right in to Telluride.  I saw flights from Oakland that weren't that bad.  Like $200-250

Where you finding that? All I can find are almost $400.....

Also -- I've heard that depending on weather/wind conditions, flights are frequently cancelled into the Telluride Airport, just something to keep in mind

might be a little more expensive flying in from chicago than oakland.  They are flights from oak>denver>telluride.  And my flights are only 1 way

scratch that.  I just did a quick search.  Flights are $100 more expensive than they were a couple days ago :?

for the flights I need, $500, but if you're willing to do long layovers, the cheapest is like $435....

it looks like i will be flying seattle>oakland then leaving from san fran>denver>seattle.   flying to montrose looks booked to me, i cant find any in orbitz, just by leaving from san fran to denver i save over $100 per ticket, im looking at just under $800 for my wife and I.
