Joy doesn't suck at all, it's definitely better than Farmhouse and Undermind in my book.

hoist......not even in the same league.  its a great rock and roll album.

Naw man I only own a best of Hoist on CD.

I listened to it quite a few times when it was their current album in 94-95. 

I still think it's a bit of an overproduced mess and really doesn't work as an album, although there are some great songs there.

I'm always pumped for new music from Phish although I hope they have a few surprises if those mentioned songs are the backbone of the album.  Joy doesn't suck at all, it's better than Undermind IMO.
