Actually they were two seperate chains. Chuck E. Cheese bought out Showbiz Pizza.

Dave and Busters. It's like a grown up Chuck E. Cheese. You;re encouraged to get drunk so you'll waste more money in the arcade (but if you try reeeallly hard and get 120,000 tickets, you can get a lava lamp!)
