I
Fee – Megaphones welcome you to philly.
Rift – BLAAAST OOOFFFFF!  Awesome as always.
Spocks Brain – Gotta love the cool oddity that is this song.
Julius – Show just keeps fukin moovin.  Rocks the shit out of my ears.  Great work between fish and trey.  Straight killin it.
Glide – and we're glad that you're a......................GLIDE!
Mound – Keep the meat coming please.
Stash – KEEP ON MOVING!  Stays real dark and creepy throughout, with everyone just working really hard.  IT rulez.  PEAKS man PEAKS!
Horse>Silent – It happened
Coil – B E A Utiful

II
2001>Halleys>Bowie – TRIFECTA PUNCH!  Short spacy "also" leading into a rocking comet building the energy for one of my favorite 95 bowies.   I always hear morning dew quotes from trey that come outta the space riffs at about 6 something, maybe its just me.  More ambient dark then the real shindig gets going.  WHHHOOOOOOEEEEEE!  Very Llama-esque before really blowing up, then coming back with.
Lifeboy – and you don't get a refund.......  its moving me
Suzy – BACK TO FIRE!
Hood – IT does things to me.
ARMY/ADALINE – both cool
Golgi – Energy to finish everyone off.
Bold as Love – Love me some jimi songs.

Philly shows rule, nuff said.
Ive always liked this one start to finish.  First set is just chock full of things.  Bowie kicks teeth.  Thanks for making me get this one out again.

I use records for that and don't have to justify it to my friends.

Set I

Fee - Interesting way to start the show. Trey can actually sing? And right into >

Rift - I always love catching these. 1st night Vegas 00' version got me sooo AMPED! (Still one of my favorite 1st sets ever!) Page brings some heat in this version

Spock's Brain - VERY funky to start. IMO, one of if not their best 'simple' song

Julius - I know August loves these versions but the song itself just doesnt do it for me

Glide - Always fun and I love when the instruments come in

Mound - Feels like a 3.0 setlist so far! Love Mike's vocals in this song, very easy to lose myself inside this song

Stash - MEAT SLOT! It excites me to see the band play with such fire. Slow start to the jam, interesting work by Page and Trey. Fish stays calm holding it down in the back. Starts to get more focused around the 8:40 mark. Gets pretty out there by 10:00 and slams back into the main theme a few minutes later

Horse > Silent - Breather!

Coil - Probably the best 1st set closer song. Amazing outro jam, love when they leave Page out there!
If this is love, I'm never going home..

GBL

Set II

2001 - Great way to start a set! Ends abrubtly into >

Halley's - Probably my least favorite song lyrically, the 'song's itself is not a fav either but the jams can be the balm. Pretty show version, kinda dissolves into >>

Bowie - MEAT SLOT! I've been waiting all show for this, hope it delivers! Very trippy intro but they kinda fuck up the opening chords. You can hear Trey talking and it is obvious he is having a lot of fun. Cool baseline from Mike to start the jam and everyone follows. Switches over to a descending rock rift which morphes into some dissonant scales. The next part reminds me of a dead jam. Then some laughing and a little cool down, jam changes pace. Gets real good by 15:00, very chill. When they get to the end they can finally release all the tension built up throughout the song

Lifeboy - Nice cool down after that mindtrip. I like this tune

Suzy - i wanna cave her head in

Harry Hood - Mmmm... Not a Hood hater, at all. I will always take one. Ooops! A tad too early on the Hood! PArt. LOL! Club central over here! "Anyone got any matches back here? Or a lighter?" Lame! Very patient beginning to the jam. I keep losing myself in the music, the jam keeps pulling me deeper within. Love Hood!

AA - Deep breathes

Adeline - More chill

Golgi - Has to be the set closer. I love the middle 'jam' in this song

E:

Bold - As love

Hood is the only obvious highlight for me. Both stash and bowie were kinda meh, I really enjoyed the mound, too
If this is love, I'm never going home..
