Nah, the message was, "we really like what we're doing and we really wish you guys would too" (hence the "it's pissing us off").

I mean, I've pretty much written off Mike's as ever doing anything interesting, but when you throw DTAD to follow it as the third song in the second set, right when things are supposed to be getting nasty, well that's where I draw the goddamned line.
