Thought I'd start a new thread for sharing songs that are up on Soundcloud or Bandcamp.

Let's start off with Bop English (the side project of White Denim frontman James Petralli). I wanted to pre-order the yellow and blue splatter vinyl but with shipping from the UK it comes to almost $45. Guess I'll wait until a regular black vinyl gets released in the US.

You haven't lived until you've had a robot shart in your ear and followed along in the live setlist thread while it happens.

Great idea Mr. C! I discover tons of new music on soundcloud these days.

Here's an epic playlist containing something like 60 live sets from Bear Creek 2014. There's a ton of great stuff but the ones I listen to the most are The Heard, Tauk, Dumpstaphunk, Dumpstajam, Nth Power, Orchestra at Large, and Rosie (Roosevelt Collier) and Oteil.

Enjoy!  :music:

not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for with this thread, but this band is fantastic. I especially like their latest record, For Distant Viewing.

Mashup of Metallica's "Enter Sandman" and Hall & Oates' "I Can't Go For That (No Can Do)". Pretty slick.

Hell yeah! Need to buy this CD - supports HAAM (Health Alliance for Austin Musicians). I volunteer and donate to HAAM regularly. It's a cause near and dear to my heart. I have good friends who rely on HAAM for important things like HEARING!! Obamacare covers a lot of folks for basics but HAAM picks up the slack and is critical.

Fans of Thai-inspired funk music... check out YIN YIN! They are from the Netherlands and they're pretty damned groovy. I had to order one of the red vinyl copies of this album.
