Shit.  I was being serious about that. No joke.
Can we talk about the Dead?  I'd love to talk about the fucking Grateful Dead, for once, can we please discuss the Grateful FUCKING Dead!?!?!?!

Personally, I'm more of a fan of Becker.

But, I don't think our fans do happily lap it up, I think they go online and talk about how it was a bad show.

Breath and Burning is pretty much exactly the same awful song as Miss you.
these bland, mid-tempo broadway-trey songs are brutal.

I actually really liked Becker. And when you go back now it's like watching a Lost prequel. The origins of Hurley.

You haven't lived until you've had a robot shart in your ear and followed along in the live setlist thread while it happens.

I hadn't thought of that show in maybe ten years.  Oh man.  That was a good, bad sitcom too.

Is this still Wombat?

amazing times we live in.  instead of wandering around cornfields and being caught off guard by thunderstorms, i received a tweet from phish about the delay.  we cancelled the uber ride and went back in the house to party hard for the next 90 minutes.  the weather delay just amped everyone up more.

Always seems to rain at DC, doesn't it?

I will never forget the rain and extended setbreak in '09. The drizzle during the 2001 is something I will never forget.

It didnt rain when I went in 2010 it was just blazing fucking hot like 105+ the whole weekend and theres not too much shade in corn fields.

That sucked.

this 2nd set is pretty groovin'

Light > golden age is good stuff. The golden age jam is like the new and improved plink-o jam. Trey's tone seemed to improve this tour as well. Sounds good

My post-chitown DWD-Anxiety did not like it one bit.  But we eventually survived.

My 2016 medically-corrected DWD Anxiety did not get a DWD situation.  Even though I wore my lucky pass-out-in-a-soccer-stadium-cargo-shorts.
Also, Phish might give lip service to klipsch (still an Indianapolis company!) but their COINS betray their true-copper loyalties

The jam in Light is goregous in my opinion.  I really dug it.  Smooth segue to golden age too.
