Also, things that piss me off in so many ways: fifty+ year old wook dudes walking around asking for a miracle and turning down a balcony ticket

Saw the second night at the Wiltern. Damn fine show. Lot of Phish songs. Sand was especially hot. Plasma was the slowest I've ever heard, with a great Chainsaw trombone solo. Somewhere Over the Rainbow was lovely.

I can't buy any more posters or I'll get kicked out of my house... but damn, I really like this one for Trey tonight in Austin...

I've been coming to where I am from the get go
Find that I can groove with the beat when I let go
So put your worries on hold
Get up and groove with the rhythm in your soul

Yeah, that's pretty sweet.  Better than a lot of the recent Phish ones, IMO.

You never drink alone when you have something good to listen to.

i ended up buying Port Chester, which I didn't love at first but by the 2nd night it grew on me and ended up with the last one, which was hanging on the wall.

my collection of tubes and un-hung, expensively-framed posters grows by the tour, as does my wife's ire...
