Barclays is open on the 20th. 
Its def not 50/50, Vegas thinks Knicks have 10% chance of making the playoffs. They are still 11th place so they would need a hell of a run to make it into the first round of the playoffs.

The NBA playoffs are set to begin on 4/16. They typically play games every other day, so one of the games would fall on 4/20-23. Phish is probably safe if the Knicks have home court as they would play on two of the days from 4/16-4/19 at home and then be away from 4/20-4/23. But, if the Knicks don't have home court they would be playing a home game, maybe even two, between those same dates of 4/20-4/23.
