what an amazing run, truly.

the amount of ohhhs and ahhhs each night was awesome, felt like everyone was just locked in (though there were plenty of talkers around)

in a run with many highlights, mine were:

YEM - took me a minute to "get" the visuals for this one, but by the end of the car wash this was probably the most psychedelic thing all weekend.  Then the dog happened 🤯

Pillow Jets - What a beautiful and surreal scene, flying/gliding through a forest, then all of a sudden we were flying through fireworks.  Worked SO well with the music, I was peaking and I almost didn't even realize it, until I did

H20 - Might have been the "peak" for me.  I don't usually cry during shows but I did for this, felt like the culmination of the whole weekend.  Plus, felt like we travelled to the sub atomic universe and met God, again 🤯

WTU - watching the stars slowly descend on top of us, is all literally flowing through the air, then watching as the band starts to disintegrate into the same stars, just watching them melt away 🫠

Just wanted to get these thoughts out before I lose them, but there were many more highlights.

Man what amazing bday weekend.
As everyone said the visuals were pretty wild.
I was top 400 first night and the sound was definitely wonky; sounded like Mike was playing behind me but only for half the time.
Sounded much better under the awning since there was a monitor directly above you but didn't get the ceiling visuals.
Sounded great 7th row 101 page side where I was the last night.
Favorite visuals
The jam vehicles during tweezer!
The under water during theme
The pillow jets? Forest and fire works
Yem car wash
The pollock temple of doom during taste
The first tube wormhole

Not sure how I would like seeing many other bands there but king gizz would be pretty wild.

Also thought the logistics would be better for a brand spanking new place. The bridge entrance was an insane bottle neck. Luckily figured out those outside entrances were quicker and not as stuffy to wait in.
Ended up getting miracled (shoutout Jason from LA) in the last night too which is pretty wild considering all the ticketless out front all evening.

All in all great time wish saw more paugers only got to see WtU!

you don't have to lie.

GBL

I would say I was slightly let down by Thursdays visuals, Life Saving Gun and Tweezer in particular.

Night one felt like the visuals never really evolved with the jams, so that was disappointing.

And that may be in part why the next three night were so awesome, because I kind of wasn't expecting too much (visually) going back in

Adding to the Drew story is Trey sending him a Blender and a note!

I found a 360° video taken during 4/21's encore. You can spin the camera around to watch the dome, or the dudes crotch.

PIE-GUY

That 360 camera somehow manages to make the whole thing underwhelming. You'd think it'd be great, but no.

So put your worries on hold
Get up and groove with the rhythm in your soul

Agreed, I posted it after about 15-20 seconds of watching it. They have a few other 360 shots from the same spot that night, but I prefer the webcast.

However, if Phish had done the entire webcast this way from the center of the place, I think that could've been pretty kick-ass!
