just picked up Far Cry 6, Alan Wake Remaster, and Tales of Arise

starting with Tales of Arise, haven't played a JRPG in a while, so far I'm liking it

I was thinking of getting Tales of Arise, once I am done with FF7 remake again. Let me know how it is.

The battlefield release sounds like a disaster.

also, the more I'm playing this game, the more I am liking it.  battle system is actually great once you get the hang of it, and the story is pretty good

i played a bit of tales of arise demo. gorgeous game.

sadly after waiting forever for my FF14 expac and BF and all these games im interested in my health has tanked and got super bad muscle spasms in arms and shoulders so gaming jus sucks atm... praying it clears up a bit before im supposed to start raiding in ff agin

well, the Final Fantasy 14 expansion has had a crazy launch.
5000 player queues at prime time for last week and a half...
Currently highest rated game of the year on meta critic @ 95.
Won best ongoing online game and community at the game awards... supposedly Fortnite was pissed lol.
Really been fun though. amazing story.

yeah I played that demo too, UE5 will really really show what these next gen consoles can do..

didn't know until a couple days ago that FFVIIr was made with UE4, and that game was amazing, so..

waiting for rare world boss spawn for hours with about 700 people all going crazy lol
ofc. only a couple hundred can render at a time for performance sake, but you get the idea.

add in the cringeworthy talk about this is a move to prepare for the fucking MEtaverse BS everyone is pushing now along with NFTs in gaming.
