that's a whole 'nother story....
Well, I used to live there, also. And then I lived in NOVA and went to college in Norfolk and went to Dead shows @ Cap Center and drove back to school post-show, alone, on much liquid, in a borrowed car...

I64 used to get really dark @ 3am

That's traffic, yes (I live in Fredericksburg and work in DC) but I mean 16hour Big Cypress Traffic.

THATS Traffic.

I don't know which was worse, Cypress, Oswego, or Coventry.  All took longer than 24 hours for us.  If I had to say right now, I'd stick with Oswego because of the heat factor.

Well, you didn't wear a Mets hat in Camden Yards, so I can't bash you too bad.

Yeah, imagine sitting on a tarmac in 90+ degree weather.  The Tarmac adds 10 degrees, at least!  But the boys more than made up for it!  And damn did we have some fun!

mattstick

I drank a whole box of white wine and got sober again twice while waiting in line at Big Cypress.  They should've opened with Highway To Hell.

There was also some rather dangerous skateboard riding/towing going on.

Sorry, it helps me justify sitting in 24 hours plus traffic and torturing myself in heat like that.  I still think we're all a little insane for doing that.  :-D

Wow.  That trumps any of my stories.  But as you can tell from the discs, you didn't miss much.   :|  I remember we rented an Aztec, and just drove it as far as it would go in the mud until we got stuck.  We figured we'd deal with it later.   :-D
