Bump!

So I just remembered that I ran into a friend of the family at MPP2.  We've never been all that close, but we got to talking.  It's funny how environment can kind of allow certain people to let their guard down a litte bit.  I had no idea this guy liked to "party".  So anyway, long story short, I knew we had gone to the same college, but it turns out that his first show was " sometime in the fall of November of 1991 at Trax in Charlottesville.  I just remember them chanting something about pizza shit"  Now, I'm not biggest phish historian or anything, but I kinda remembered something about this.  It turns out it was November 15, 1991.

Anyway, I found it on etree, I'm grabbing it right now and am gonna mail it to him and surprise the hell out of him.   :-D

Not a bad show  :-o

Encore 1. Highway To Hell  2. Suzy Greenberg Show Notes
This was Phish's fourth show at Trax. It was an 18-and-over gig affectionately known as the 1st "Mrs. Pizza Shit" show. Fish announced before the show started that the band had changed their name from Phish to Mrs. Pizza Shit. Page introduced Trey before his guitar solo in Lawn Boy as "Lawn Boy." Chalk Dust Torture, Llama, Poor Heart, Harry Hood and the starts and endings of each set were rife with "Mrs. Pizza Shit" references including the band members introducing each other as "Mrs. Pizza Shit during Poor Heart and Harry Hood. Before Love You, Fish apologized for not wearing his Zero Man costume, saying he didn't have his jock strap and the last time they were in VA, somebody decided they could see his balls, so the Zero Man suit could no longer be worn without the jock strap. This rendition of Possum included Charlie Chan, The Simpsons, Popeye and Random Note secret language.

Went home for lunch > burned to cd > labeled > dropped off at his doorstep as a surprise when he gets back from work.   :-D

Nice, +k

At the time I only knew of Ribot and the Phish guys.  In retrospect the lineup is hot, looking forward to hearing these guys live.  The stta mp3 from Trey's A/V room/bands is from this show, great sound.

Downloading 11/2/96

I hope it's good quality cuz not everything I've gotten from that spreadsheets site is the best quality.

Anybody have any useful critique on the 11/14/95 show? Like whether I should download it or not?
You just lost the game.

Hey, I had to ask. There is such a thing as a bad Phish concert (few and far between - Ex: Vegas '04)

...11/14/95 FTW

Hope they come back to UCF at some point in the next 4-5 years so I don't have to have a car to get to the show. Would be so epic for me :P
