its really tough to be critical of shows from the 80s just because phish sounded so different.  everything from singing, pace, tone, and jamming would undo go massive transformation by 1990 or so.  The show is phish at the height of a different type- killer bar band that was exploding out of the bar scene.  Trey rips from start to finish, but he is also in the midst "I have to play every single note to get to the right one"

gogli-nice and energetic.  a little unpolished, but with more heart

on your way down- great song! trey steps up early and sets the tone for the night

alumni blues>jimmypage>alumni- this song cracks me up, but they tear it apart

yem-great version of the early incarnation of this song. page sounds good and look out here comes trey
wilson-very solid and no chance to catch your breath before the segue
peaches-perfect cover.  everyone sounds great

la grange-mike sounds gravelly on the vocals and trey is one fire

a-train- phish nails it

divided sky- wow! the early parts a little shaky but everything comes together and they hit peak after peak

axis- page sounds amazing on this, and its another chance for trey to take center stage
