Summer '96 > Summer '95

Felt it at the time and was reminded of it last night. They were metronome precise Summer '96.

Summer '96 was too short.  All those short festival shows in Europe with almost no exploratory jamming, then only 11 shows in the US.  The last 5 or so, they were totally starting to take off, getting better with every show.  Think about Fall '95.  The first three weeks or so were pretty reserved, December 95 was over 40 shows into the tour.  Another month of Summer '96 would've been an absolute joy.

Good thing I did all of December '95 except the NYE run.
