I remembered last night that I never got my Thompson-Bolling tickets either.  That would have caused me a problem because that show is before I would be back here at home for Star Lake.

I just got off the phone.  My orders were shipped out today and she said I will get my email with tracking info by midnight tonight :beers:

Glad you got that all straightened out. Yeah, this type of situation definitely requires a phone call. The email thing would have not gotten you anywhere.

I have been thinking about this, and honestly, the only advantage I can think for them to hold the tickets until 2 weeks prior to the shows would be to make sure all payments go through? But even that is a stretch, can't really think of any other reason to hold them for so long.

actually those emails I sent last night got the ball rolling.  When I called today they told me that my orders were already shipped first thing this morning.  Made for a real easy phone call.  Took me by surprise.  I had my guards up and was in war mode basically when i dialed the number

I explain my problem to the guy and he says he can fix it all.  Just need the last 4 digits of the card I used to order.  Well, I think I used my moms card for that order.  Luckily I still had her number written down in an envelope out in my car.  I walk up to the garage to get it out and the fucking lock on the garage is locked again.  The one that I dont have a key to.  And my button key for the automatic door is in the car of course.  Fucking neighbor that I rent 1/2 the garage to locked the fucking door again.  This is the second time he locked me out of MY garage.  Just wait till this guy gets home from work today frustrated frustrated  Anyways, I picked the lock again and got the number.. now on hold AGAIN with musictoday

what an ordeal.  Finally got back on the phone with someone and was able to give them the numbers of the card I used.  But get this.  That card expired in Aug and all I have is the new number.  Couldnt remember the old number.  Frick!  But.. the guy put me on hold again and went and talked to someone and they decided to help me out even if I didnt have the correct card number.  So they are shipping them this afternoon two-day air (guaranteed to arrive friday) for no extra charge


going to concerts is supposed to be fun and entertaining... not so stressful that it takes time off of your life.  Whats going on here?
