Receiver shuts off - Protect mode

follow up
It was the speaker selector box (Hicks, you called it)
I wired speakers directly to the amp, they were fine
Also, the speakers through the box had decreased output in the R channel. I re wired everything, tried 14 g wire, no change
got a new selector box, all is well.
