But also.... the footage from the following night in Walnut Creek is significantly higher quality than this (right? I haven't watched it in years) so I'm imagining they had another source(?) or perhaps just spent far more time on post production for that show?

Screens in the venue. That's what Walnut Creek is too. I bet they have most shows in this format.

Outdoor shows yes. Doubt they have many arena shows in multi cam from this era.

So I guess this type of footage goes back to 95? That's about the time they started playing arenas and sheds

Screen feed is the pretty much a lock.  So the likelihood of a Fall show being released in the future is pretty much out the window.
