I don;t really listen to the composed sections too closely honestly. Or the words for that matter.

I agree, FTW was obviously a big piece in jump starting Trey. But to me, Halloween was what set them off creatively as a band. The way they've been communicating and experimenting on stage seems like more than just Trey practicing to me. Somebody out a fire under all their asses. So glad they did.

I'm with you there. I think my biggest gripe since 03 has been his tone, so harsh and abrasive for whatever reason be it guitar or rig or whatever. there's always been mistakes but they just seem more glaring nowadays, maybe it's just us haters

Roasted marshmallows with the kids for most of the set. Got the Reba on the 45 minute drive from my friends' place to where my wife, the DD, brought us, aka the vacation home in Maine. A lot of air guitar happened on that ride... :banana:
