But, I don't think our fans do happily lap it up, I think they go online and talk about how it was a bad show.

haha yeah I saw Wilco a couple of times in HS at MPP, one time with the Roots. I think that was '05.

Went to Phil & Friends on Thursday at Dillon Amphitheater, amazing venue. Great show as well. The jams went places and John Molo is a freaking beast.
Friday night went to Herbie Hancock at the Opera House. Another great show, dude is still killin' it. His guitarist, Lionel Loueke was making some crazy noises I didn't know a guitar could make.

Phil and Herbie back to back is pretty epic. Good job.
Bring in the dude!

Great to be back seeing live music again. Pretty sure they were about to end the set after Not Fade Away but the crowd wouldn't stop - they strapped back on and played an amazing Mountain Dew.  Great times.

You're entitled to your opinion but I'm going to laugh at it.

Took some photos of Warren Ellis discussing his book Nina Simone's Gum at Crossing Border in The Hague last night. A true gentleman and a great story teller. Yes, he did play a bit too.

my Halloween wasn't as cool as some of y'alls, but I had an ABSOLUTE BLAST with Billy Strings in Asheville.
looking like I'm driving up to Richmond next weekend to see him and surprise my sister for her birthday  :)

i did make it up to RVA... Passed GAH and UncleEb in the crowd; missed connections.

anyhow, dude is a blast. got my tickets for Feb. already, in Greensboro... and i'm a bit sad I have a wedding to attend around Tappahanock, VA when he's in Cincinnati for the weekend.

anyhow, like bluegrass? go see him; you will have the best time.
