The jam has a 99/00 sound to it, but the speed seems to be off for most of the Pipers from that time.  The key is similar to Gin.  They seem to jam in this way on a lot of 99 jams.

I just thought my suggestion was a good idea (not for this thread- just an idea for a possible thread in the future), but instead of even getting a rejection such as "nah I dont think that would work. we couldnt get everyone to participate", of just a simple 'no' instead, when I mention something about just being completely ignored, I just get "Feel free to provide the blanks, mailers, postage and time to make each set of DVDs." It's just unnecessary to act like that imo. Maybe I'm the only one who feels that way, but Im not going to not say something just because I'm the only one. If you dont like my idea, at least let me know what you dont like about it so I can brainstorm on possibly cooking up another idea or changing parts of the original. And it's not even likely I will create a thread like that. I was just making small talk and coming up with ideas. But I was ignored, then when I mention being ignored, I'm mocked. I'm not trying to be a troll here or jack Aug's thread, but a simple response/critique/expanding ideas to my post would have been appreciated


ANYWAYS, I was on phish.net today, and I noticed that they have a 'mystery jam monday'. Is this where the idea came from? I've never seen it before, but it's labeled as part 36, so apparently it's been around for a while.

The thing is that Aug decided to do something nice for everyone and make a game that would be both informative and fun for everyone else.

Thing is, I'm nit heated. If you knew me personally you would know I rarely get pissed and I never let shit get to me. It's just that I've read too many of augs posts and wanted to be like STFU, but I never did. So I'm kind of the opposite if heated. I feel somewhat relieved.

I gave you guys a chance, I had to work until 12:30 today, and didn't get home until around 1. That gave you a good five hour head start on me.
