Hey guys, I'm having this awesome 1.0 Trey shirt made by my friends who run a screen printing company. I had this shirt for years but it got holes in it, and through the magic of technology we reverse engineered it, and are having a bunch made. I've been talking to some 'paugers already, but I thought it would be easier to reach everyone who wants one through here.
I wish I knew the show it was from, but it's '99-'00 era Trey with his amp rig. It will be printed on super soft Bella Canvas shirts. Cost will probably be around $20, but that depends on how many we get.
So far we've got myself, PCR, Sunrise, and Birdman on board, plus a friend of mine off-paug. If you would like one, just let me know what size you need. Once we get a final number, I'll know actual cost. Obviously, the more we do the cheaper it gets!

I would pay for the priority/tracking. USPS has been extra slow this year and have had a couple things just get lost.

Stairwaying on that all that. I sent the order count in last Thursday. I'm expecting they'll get around to that soon, but i messaged them just now to make sure they got my email with the parameters.
They're a pretty big record label and printing company for the post-rock world, being the USA distro hub for Dunk! Records which may be the biggest post-rock label in Europe, so they def have shit on their plate all the time haha.

Okay, got the invoice! These came out to be a lot cheaper than I was expecting, thanks to all of you! Some of the sizes are different prices (10.50 vs. 12 vs. 13.50), but I'd like to just make it even for everybody so what I'm doing is dividing our total shirt cost of $417 by 39 shirts, which gives us 10.69. I think we'll round that up to 10.70 to make numbers even? Is that cool with everyone?
Shipping for the order is only $20 which is sick, it's nice to have friends. The full order is 39 shirts, and we have i think 15 different orders from here so I think what I'll do is just add 1.25 to each order, to divide the shipping evenly? It makes the math nice and round, and easy to work with especially if we're doing priority shipping.
Also if anybody wants to see the invoice, please just ask :)
Let me tally up everyone's shit tomorrow and I'll send out totals once I figure out the priority mail thing. Woooo we're so close!

As far as shipping, do you all think a 9.5 x 12.5 padded envelope will do the trick? Sunrise and Superfreaker are the biggest orders, at 6 shirts. I have to imagine we can roll that shit up and fit them in, right? I have other materials at the house anyway if we need to do it that way. I ask, because if we go that route with the Priority Mail, then I am to understand that shipping is $8.55.

Well off topic here but those of us who don't live in the middle of nowhere have been able to reply on usps for the most part until 2020.

Yeah, most of my orders show up in 3-5 business days, not 3-5 business weeks.
I'm still waiting on orders from Europe from like, November. I can't control the screen printing process!
However, I do have it on good authority that if we all listen to ONLY 2.0 jams, it will speed up the production process. Especially the 6/23/04 Crosseyed. I hear it greases the screens just a little bit more, and allows the ink to dry faster.

In all seriousness, much of this is politics. Hiring freezes and overtime bans threw a giant wrench into the machine. Those were temporary, but it?s not like the mail and all those packages just disappeared. So we got majorly behind. Also package volume is off the freaking charts in the covid era. It?s hard to keep up with our own, and we deliver tons of Amazon and UPS stuff, too! It?s been a total shitshow with this recent storm, as you can probably imagine. We?ve been working 11-13 hr days and in some cases we?re still bringing mail back, it?s just so dangerous with all this ice. It really slows us down. Anyhow, not trying to jack the thread. Those trucks are constantly getting stuck, they don't handle well in the snow at all. Your carrier no doubt appreciates that! I'm still a sub, but I've had a hold on this one route since December (the guy's out on a knee injury), and a nice little trend in this neighborhood has been the customers shoveling a path through their yard over to the neighbor's yard. It started with just a couple houses, but more and more people are participating. Those little things definitely get noticed and appreciated by the carrier.
As for taking packages from Amazon and UPS, as Hicks mentioned, I don't really think we could turn them down even if we wanted to. But we really don't want to. Letters and magazines are way down, 21st century and whatnot, so packages are what really keeps us afloat. That and those annoying ads you get every Tuesday -- they're actually our largest customer.

There's only a handful of sorting centers in each state, so the volume is way too high to sort by hand. It would honestly be impossible.

double check that... i believe your 3XL one did not have a tag on it. There was one black one which was huge which did not have a tag. You were the last one packaged, to make sure that that's what it was.

double check that... i believe your 3XL one did not have a tag on it. There was one black one which was huge which did not have a tag. You were the last one packaged, to make sure that that's what it was.

In other news - and I'm so sorry for being a broken record about this, but Glass Pony is in the finals of our Nippertown March Music Madness bracket. If we win, we get 3 days in a studio (!). Like, fuck. We just did a 30-min set on Tuesday that was aired last night, and the competition is tight.
