But, I don't think our fans do happily lap it up, I think they go online and talk about how it was a bad show.

Don't miss the Theme either. I know it's easy to skip the entire first set, but that was fun.

Oh yeah forgot about that, definitely the highlight of the first set.

You'll check out nothing and you'll like it.

I think I got it but he's such a spaz he'll probably never open this thread again

Also, Trey passed a note to the girl who sang Tears of a Clown on 8/11/04????

Woke up during Piper...  Saw an awesome Tweezer...  The rest had me saying "I got out of bed for this?!?"

Terry
Oh! That! No, no, no, you're not ready to step into The Court of the Crimson King. At this stage in your training an album like that could turn you into an evil scientist.

This theme is really cool. The Bush gag was cool. Would of enjoyed to hear them develop that funky groove they had going on but they ended it quick. But I enjoyed the jamming in songs they don't jam in.

I know song times isn't everything but a 15 minute Theme and Tweezer with a 16 minute DWD as the cherry on top is full of awesome.
We are all and we are all we are
Far flung bits of Sun and bits of Stars
From the  ocean from the land from the
beginning to end
Backwards forwards back toward
we belong

That funky Theme is thick! Great band interplay and nice nuggets of humor, everything I want from this band.

You haven't lived until you've had a robot shart in your ear and followed along in the live setlist thread while it happens.

Pretty much everything starting with Ghost from this run delivered quite nicely.

If I had gone I probably would have been really disappointed with the "costume" set, but would have felt they more than made up for it with everything that came after.

I've been coming to where I am from the get go
Find that I can groove with the beat when I let go
So put your worries on hold
Get up and groove with the rhythm in your soul

Yeah the run started for me with 3rd set on 10/31.  Aside from Theme I thought this first set was pretty standard fair, the 2nd set however brought the goods despite a bit downhill after Julius.  I'll never think of a standard zero the same after the Gorge last summer.
