As many of you know, most of the great plays in NFL history have all been named. Things like "The Catch" and "The Immaculate Reception" conjur up so many great memories. However, this one fails to be named yet. Here are some suggestions so far:

I thought some were pretty amusing. Especially "The Cheater Beater"
I like the Cheater Beater also.
My Giants-fan coworker likes that and the Superbowl Snag.
The Cheater Beater is great, haven't heard that one yet!!

I'll vote for Melon Ball.
Cheater Beater is pretty funny, but puts the attention on the other guys instead of the play itself, which was amazing.

Good call. the catch was amazing, but I never thought Manning was going to get out of that sack. and if he did take the sack, the game was over. Truly one of the best plays from start to finish in a Super bowl.

the Probowl isn't a real game. Football is a TEAM game, with schemes and complex play calling... throwing a bunch of all-stars together and having them throw lobs to the fastest receivers is not football.
