Mets played sloppy ball the entire Series.
Royals wanted it more and they capitalized on every Mets mistake.

Royals needed 3 brutal calls by umpires to beat the Jays in 6 games. 

Mets position players are nowhere near WS-calibre.

The advanced scouting by the Royals was really impressive, allowing them to really expose the weaknesses of their opponents.

Let the hot stove season begin.

I just didn't want the Mets to win. KC deserved it though. What a great, deep team.

So salty....Mets got outplayed, that's for sure.  Some really bad errors and 3 blown saves.  Ugh.  The Royals played better, they're  a great team, but just seem so cocky.  I would have been way happier to see Toronto win.
