Gumbo's "Main Final List"

such a thing exists?

Oh it exists.....

so really, i guess my main final list (as of right now) is:

Maze
Piper
Ghost
Tube
Chalkdust (which is actually my number 2 choice)

also note that these are not MY personal picks of what i'd want.
Bring in the dude!

using my abilities of psychic stuff, i predict that only chalkdust has any chance of being played that night.

I know it won't happen, but I would still like to see them open second or third night with Help>Slip>Franklin's.  It would blow people away and never be expected.

But I know it won't happen and don't mean to imply Phish should cover Dead tunes.  But it would be sweet.

  My friend and I have an ongoining bet that if they ever played that, he owed me something like $2000.  I'll have to consult with him to see if he remembers.   :-D

I hope you win that bet and I hope it's because of a show at Deer Creek or Alpine (only cuz I'll be there)  :-D

ugh...Phish playing the Dead.  Haven't they been trying to avoid that since the mid-80s?  Their style doesn't fit with the Dead.  Go see Dark Star or something.
If you listen too closely to the sound, you might miss the music.  -Jim Henson

... whats the over/under on how many times the first source of 3/6 show is gonna be DL'ed from bt.etree.org

now that's a good question.
how many do you think, if you had to guess?

I wouldn't even know where to begin.  500?  250?  1000?

Is there a way to find out what the most ever was?  That could help.  There also has to be a way to find out how many profiles there are and base it on that.

I'd say 1000.

the first seed of Trey's Rothbury set was grabbed almost 4000 times, so I'd say 5 figures is a lock.  And you don't have to have an account at bt to download.

i had a dream last night that they started a jam & then teased a bunch of songs like during the mike's from the roxy...before actually settling on mike's song which mad everyone in attendance go apeshit...

even w/out all the teases mike's would make a great opener & that is my pick for now...

It looks like the torrent that was grabbed the most has over 50k.  I don't think it'll be that high, but I also don't think 10k is out of the question.  I'll say 11,526 after the first week.   :-D

^^^Easy. This will be, for a little while at least, the most in-demand seed ever. 10k as fast as the servers can dish it up.
