itunes library question

I was going through my itunes library. I came upon my copy of Workingman's and it didn't have the album artwork. Long story short, I thought if I relabelled it I could get it. by mistake, it relabelled most of my GD collection as part of Workingmans - all in 1 album. Anyone know how to undue this?
My collection is backed up, but not on time machine.
I haven't done a back up in over a month and ripped new stuff since.

eta I'm thinking I should be able to just copy the GD folder from my last Carbon Copy Cloner backup and import it.
