What a great night.
First set was pretty safe, and forgettable.

Going into the second I really didn't want it to be true it was Exile, not a Stones fan.
But that Cup won me over.
I thought Sweet Virginia was nice, love to see that become a regular, but at the time i was just along for the ride. That Cup just kicked my ass, and I started listening with more open ears, and loved it to the end.
Can't wait to hear the whole thing with a more open mind.

3rd set was quite nice.
Sweet YEM, and Suzy beat all non-horn Suzy's and is probably in the running for top 5 horn Suzy.

Great night, already looking forward to the noon acoustic set.

You haven't lived until you've had a robot shart in your ear and followed along in the live setlist thread while it happens.

Haven't had a big helping of Phish but I was seeing color towers during the Ghost jam and YEM was crazy as well. I loved the Suzy w/ Sharon & The Dap Kings. Great stuff!

McGrupp

Was third set real short?

Or were there some epic long jamz?

Which one.
Just two whiskies, officer.

I'm not sure if I followed this thread correctly, but what guys are saying is that Dave Thomas sold crack in inner-city DC in the mid-80's, right?

More short than epic.
It just hit midnight.
But they've got to play again in 12 hours, so it's forgivable.
This time.

You guys know the rule... If you weren't there, it wasn't anything special...

Anyone who ever played a part, they wouldn't turn around and hate it.

We are all and we are all we are
Far flung bits of Sun and bits of Stars
From the  ocean from the land from the
beginning to end
Backwards forwards back toward
we belong
