Love 5/5, but it's a little too cacophonous at times, which is kinda part of why it's cool, but the structured thematic jamming (plus the silent jam) is what makes 12/9 the perfect YEM to me.
how is the best YEM of all time only a 2 seed? if this doesn't win the whole thing i'll be shocked (unless 11/28/97 wins)

Palace is fun, creative and obviously unique, but the jamming in the Knick is just real damn good Phish.

Also, I went Knick although I really thought I was gonna go Palace for the first half or so. But in the end, there were moments where I found myself getting bored/tuning out whereas the Knick keeps me focused (and dancing) the whole time.
