It really is time (long past, actually) that I get some new computer speakers to replace my old Boston Acoustics that went bye-bye several years ago. So I'm accepting suggestions.
As you might imagine, my twin concerns are sound quality and value. Having poured a bunch of cash into this computer recently I can't/shouldn't break the bank on speakers. I don't need anything too fancy (including 5.1) as I can pipe music to the main home system if I really want to rock out. I just want something that'll make the :phish: sound good whilst I'm farting around on the 'puter.
These speakers are highly praised at Newegg... anyone know anything about 'em?
