back-up utility for Mac?

OK, you're probably thinking - doesn't this w00k know about Time Machine?

But here's what I want to do.

My iTunes Music is on a WD MyBook 500GB (Cassidy) and I'm deathly afraid of it going down.

I have another WD MyBook (also 500GB - Bertha) and I would like to use it to mirror the iTunes folder on Cassidy.

This way I can leave one off-line and only occasionally have it mirror the other, while maybe storing other data on it.

Any tips/suggestions?

not free, but awesome.  i use it for my business and it works really really well, and is quite flexible with the Standard or Pro versions (i use Standard).
