I decided to spend my coin on the vinyl as I needed to replace the warped copy of Set em Wild and of course Sub Verses, which I spun today and it sounds phenomenal.

This time round was way better than the last time I caught them at the Horseshoe I thought.  Less percussion jams and distorted shrill screeching, more straight forward rock and concise playing.  Similar setlist to what was played in Chicago and leaning heavily on the new album.  They played Light Emerges in the encore slot and stretched it out a bit.  I love how laid back these guys are, Seth pretty much moved around the crowd without anyone even approaching the guy.  He set all their gear up and did the sound check himself. 

Opening band Absolutely Free were pretty great too.  I tried to grab their LP but the Akron dude had no clue how much they wanted for it.  I stopped back at the merch table 2 other times including after the show and still no dice.  Oh well, they lost out on a sale.

Could mean nothing, but regardless I'm worried now.
