Xrays were clean, so..

I got the boot!
If this is love, I'm never going home..

Clean X-Rays are good.  I had some pretty bad tendonitis at one point, my only serious running injury.

Probably it's your body reminding you to take things a bit slower.

Nice.
Definitely ease up once the boot comes off.
You'll have plenty of time to crank out miles when you're healthy again.

I will ease up when the boot comes off.
New goal of mine, though, is to be able to run a marathon faster than Aug..

Better than last year's DNF!
Not my best race, but I'm glad to be freakin' done with that course!
50k in 2 weeks!

WhatstheUse?

Wait, you ran 2 marathons in 2 weeks?!? That's insane.

I didn't even realize people did that!!!

You got this Aug, wish I had your drive.

Ran my first 50k trail race today in 5:50.
Super humid and hot and a deceptively hilly course.
Happy with a sub-6!
