so does anyone know what the deal is going to be with parking if you are not camping on site?  Im sure they have day parking for all of the people who are staying at hotels, but will that mean that you have to remove your car from that parking lot by a certain time or what?

QuoteWhat if I am not camping, where do I park?  If you are not camping you will need to park in Day Parking, ride one of the many private shuttles or be dropped off at the designated drop off area. If you are dropped off by your mom, make sure to give her a kiss goodbye. Seriously, moms are totally underappreciated.

If I park my car in Day Parking am I required to leave at the end of each day or can I leave my car in that lot for the weekend? Day Parking is exclusively for those who need or want to leave at the end of each day. If you plan on leaving your car overnight you may not park in Day Parking and must buy a Car Camping Pass.

Even though they say that do you really think they're gonna tow everybody at the end of the night?

But, I don't think our fans do happily lap it up, I think they go online and talk about how it was a bad show.

I sent an email asking but havent heard back yet.  I want to know before I go renting a car for the weekend.  I would love to have my own car so I can keep some stuff close by without lugging it with me, but if they are going to make people who park in the day lot leave when the music is over for the night then I will just hitch or find a shuttle or cab

I am in the day lot and don't plan on leaving till at least 2 or 3AM each night, so it's doubtful they will tow you.  It's way more likely that they won't (or you won;t be able to) get your car out of the camping area....I think as long as you are gone by 8AM you're good, but I doubt they are towing anyone.  They just don;t want people camping at their cars in the day lot....otherwise I am sure you're cool, even if you do leave your car....

Agreed. Rationally speaking, I doubt they want push intoxicated drivers out onto the road. Laying down a strict towing curfew will totally do exactly that.

That said, @ previous fests, you could always leave & reenter the camping area with your car as long as you could keep from getting blocked in.
