i recently purchased an album and 2 of the tracks seem to be defective.i went to the store,pulled up my recent purchases in history and clicked on report a problem.where do i go from here?how do i actually get to tell whats happened and how do i get a refund or credit ?i click the done button and thats the end.thanks in advance

Itunes should send you an email saying that the tracks are available again and they will show up as available in your downloads.
