I kept thinking Beth was going to make a move..

Hell, I thought that's what the booze and drinking game was all about. She'd like a little Darryl Dixin'.  :sbw:

You haven't lived until you've had a robot shart in your ear and followed along in the live setlist thread while it happens.

Beth is about 17, irrc.

But I kinda was afraid things would go there for a moment.

I'm curious about how long the Glenn/Maggie suspense will be kept up.

Overall, good ep. Keep 'em coming.

One last thing:

This made me LOL

Sad to say, but I think I have lost interest in this show...

Terry

condolences.

I also agree with your comments 'slim re the zombie violence and the audience losing interest as they become accustomed to it.
Thing is, Walking Dead has never been just about zombies.

Everyone on the screen (or page, in the case of the comic) is the Walking Dead. The show is about the people.

the actress that plays Beth is actually about 25.
i'm fairly sure they've never given any hints to her character's age though.

I was speaking about the character.
And I know from the comics that she's a minor.

k, comics vs. tv show.
id say in the tv show from the hints we've gotten about beth's past and the time elapsed from when she fiurst showed up that she is about 21 currently.
in fact i thinkn the whole "1st drink" theme in that episode was a 21st birthday reference in a way.

FWIW the actress was born in 85,,,

anyway,
tonite's ep. turning out alot better than the last few imo.
i was startin to see TWatts discontent with teh last few.
theres still alot of good stuff goin on, but im not a fan of some of the editing or direction this year.
their always changing directors and editors from year to year and episode to episode, so its hard to judge sometimes.
i dunno, but tonights episode is intense with crazy whatzherface. :shakehead:

i love tyrese's character currently.
only 2 eps to go now, i guess next season will be  full on "terminus"

:;SPOILER::

...sad to see Mikah go, she had a lil hippy chick in her.

Seems to me something a child would do.

Catching rats and feeding them to walkers to draw them to and weaken the fence?
I don't think so.

The show is about the people.

I would probably have a greater appreciation of the show if:

1. I wasn't freekin' terrified of zombies.
2. I had read the comics.

But point taken...

I'll end up picking the show back up once it get much further along...  I got through the end of the last season, I'll want to see how it all ends...

Terry
Oh! That! No, no, no, you're not ready to step into The Court of the Crimson King. At this stage in your training an album like that could turn you into an evil scientist.

Carol in beast mode.
Loved that episode.  Tyreese was a bit too quick to forgive, though.  Wouldn't you want to mull that one over for a minute?

He's had some time only a week or two tops) and some intervening events that cast his loss in a new light.
I think that had Carol told him earlier in the episode he would have killed her dead.

Who knew they were gonna work the twins storyline from the comics into this?
