You guys hear about Preservation Hall West? A music venue Pres Hall is opening in San Fran, with a restaurant catering to Southern Cuisine (obviously). More info here:

The iconic Preservation Hall in New Orleans is expanding its presence with the opening of Preservation Hall West at The Chapel, a brand new venue located at 777 Valencia St in the Mission district of San Francisco. According to Mission Local, the building itself will have two restaurants in addition to the music venue. The Chapel will be an upscale establishment catering to lovers of New Orleans and Southern cuisine, while the Second Line Cafe will offer casual dining options.
The new venue will kick things off with help from a bulletproof roster of musicians, including Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Steve Earle, Elvis Costello, and more. See all scheduled dates below, and click here for tickets.

Oh yes, this is most excellent news.
It's cancelable for sure - Four Points in the French Quarter.
Definitely keep me in the loop on a house!
