I think I will be doing 12/30-1/1 but its a good friends bday and they are slowly convincing me to stay for 1/2.....what do you think will be the hardest ticket other than NYE? the 1/1 ticket?

Definitely not happening.  No further plans after Mexico and recording in February/March is what I'm hearing.

I don't really get involved with rumors unless they are validated or at least being considered.  I don't post any of this stuff on PT in fact I stopped reading PT about 5 years ago.  I post this stuff here because you all seem like a pretty good community.  I've actually been on here for a pretty long time, just don't post all that much.

So that said maybe I'm wrong.  Maybe Phish is going to break from the norm and play a winter tour.  All I'm saying is that I don't think its happening and when I asked I was told "That there are no dates scheduled for after Mexico."

i would guess that anything besides nyc and mexico didn't even start to become a thought until after dicks, which means this supposed tour is really in its early stages.

not sure why it seems like such a long shot.  it's not like they've never played shows in the months of jan and feb.  yes, it's been awhile, but it makes sense to me.  everyone saw the 2015 summer love fest.  those dudes had so much fun, why not do it again for a few weeks before waiting all the way until summer 2016.  plus they left out some key northeast markets to help build up magnaball this summer.  add some northeast cities to chicago and hampton with a couple of routing dates on the way and you have yourself a tour at least as long as fall '14.

^^^Yeah, all of that. Didn't they throw the island tour together while they were finishing recording for Story of the Ghost? Seemed like the band had as much fun this summer as we did-/it wouldn't shock me if they decided to get back on the road soon.

On April 2nd and 3rd, Phish will play at Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, Long
Island, New York.  Seats will be general admission on the floor and reserved
in the stands.  Tickets will go on sale Saturday, February 28th at 9:00 AM
Eastern time at the Irving Plaza Box Office with no service charge (in person,
cash only); via Ticketmaster charge-by-phone: 212.307.7171; and at Ticketmaster
outlets in the tri-state area: New York City and New York state north as far
as Kingston, New Jersey north of Tom's River, and Fairfield County, Connecticut.
Tickets will also be available via Ticketmaster online after a one-hour delay,
at 10 AM. If any tickets remain, they will also be available at the Nassau
Coliseum Box Office as of 10:30 AM on Sunday, March 1st.  Wristbands will be
available at Ticketmaster outlets starting at 5:00 PM Thursday, February 26th. 
There will be a limit of 6 tickets per person per show.  Since the floor is
general admission, designated tapers' tickets will not be issued; if you wish
to audio tape the show, you will need to have a general admission floor ticket
in order to bring taping equipment into the building.
And on the 4th and 5th of April, Phish will play at the Civic Center in
Providence, Rhode Island.  Seats will be reserved and tickets will go on sale
Saturday, February 28th at 11:00 AM Eastern time at the Providence Civic Center
Box Office with no service charge; via Ticketmaster charge-by-phone:
401.331.2211; and at Ticketmaster outlets in the New England region:
Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Connecticut
except Fairfield County.  Tickets will also be available via Ticketmaster
online after a one-hour delay, at noon.  Wristbands will be available at the
Providence Civic Center starting at 4:00 PM Thursday, February 26th.  Priority
at Ticketmaster outlets will be determined by random number; you must be
there one hour before the sale begins to participate in the random number
distribution.  There will be a limit of 6 tickets per person per show. 
Tapers' tickets for the Providence Civic Center show will be available
via charge-by-phone from the Flynn Theatre box office only; the number to
call is 802.863.5966 (these tickets will not be available in person at the
Flynn, but only via phone).  Tapers' tickets will also go on sale on
February 28th at 11 AM, and there will be a limit of two tapers' tickets
per show per person.

Because of the limited amount of time, there will be no mail order for the
Nassau and Providence shows.

btw, i crushed the phone onsale for these shows.  pulled a pair for each show via the phone.  i do believe this was the only time i've bought phish tickets over the phone.
