Anybody hitting Camden? That'll be the one for me this summer. Getting psyched.

cant believe there's no Camden RC!
stoked to have a very chill weekend doing HW, working on some web&graphics projects, grilling, and watchin these webcasts. Should be some flame shows.

Despite how awesome Phish has played there... nobody wants to go to Camden. :police:

You haven't lived until you've had a robot shart in your ear and followed along in the live setlist thread while it happens.

Evidence would support that, but the part of Camden I love is under that shed. I've seen some good shows there and I think the first 3 night run smack dab in the middle of this tour is going to be good one.

i've never been.  what is the appeal?

Hicks

I saw 8-12-04 there. Definitely a unique experience with the Philly skyline across the river.

And, the show I saw there, at the time the "last regular show ever", had a special vibe.

But, I don't think our fans do happily lap it up, I think they go online and talk about how it was a bad show.

I know a TON of people going to Camden. I'm just not one of them.

It's a massive, ordinary shed with a view of a great city. They've played more than a couple classic shows there too.

I've been coming to where I am from the get go
Find that I can groove with the beat when I let go
So put your worries on hold
Get up and groove with the rhythm in your soul

No place I'd rather be!

But for real. Camden rages. One it's Trey's "hometown" venue, along with the Mann I guess but they don't play there as often and Camden is actually in NJ! did I mention that place rages!

your options this weekend...

Option 1 includes a 1-song 70 minute SCI set last night...

Option 4 is Dead & Co in Charlotte so....

I'd go with #3.

without anything to do and last minute flights to door #3 being too expensive, I was toying with door 2....

I had a good laugh about my momentary lapse in judgement and ate a lamb shank instead :hereitisyousentimentalbastard

First panic shows for me were red rocks 98.  The scene blew my Mississippi mind.   We camped in the parking lot and had every drug ever made just walk up to us!  One dude had a 2 foot long bud held up in the air as a showcase of his wares.  Gold gel tabs fucks.
The events in our lives happen in a sequence in time, but in their significance to ourselves they find their own order; the continuous thread of revelation.
